2024 is underway & it’s hard to believe January is almost wrapping up. I always feel like I start the year with so many ambitions and while this year was no different, I have been trying to be more mindful in my approach. As a team, we’ve been working on this too & having many chats about our business AND personal goals. Life is a balance after all & while Real Estate is up and down, we do our best to remember to keep things in perspective.
You may have noticed our team is growing. Over the last two years, I’ve interviewed several agents and admin and had to be patient with the process. It was important to us all as a team that we found individuals who were not only skilled at what they do, but also truly aligned with our value system, and our commitment to giving back through our food drives & other events. Community is so important to us and has always been the foundation of how we approach our messaging. It has helped us attract like minded clients and team members to our business, and I truly believe that when we find the right people, with the right spark- that this is where the magic happens. I am grateful for the process, for “teamwork”, and for the ability to build something special with these amazing people.
The last couple of years have been crazy in Real Estate and we’ve definitely felt the need to rise to the occasion, holding steady ground for our clients as the chatter of interest rates, inventory, immigration and so much more has come in cycles. With talk of rates potentially coming down this year, we are beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel for some who have been overwhelmed by variable rates or nervous about upcoming renewals. And while we do still have concerns about the potential greater housing crises’, we have been able to see and find some great opportunities for clients who are desperate to get into the market or make a move. Not all the headlines have been true and there is always subtext to everything we read in the papers or on social media.
Perhaps you’re not looking to make a move this year- Maybe you just want to keep in touch regarding local events or would like a second opinion on a potential upgrade to your home. Either way, even if you just have questions about the market- we are always happy to hear from you.
