Well January felt like it might be off to a slow start, about the middle of February picked up like a crazy town…
Our team has been in multiples on several properties over the last 2 1/2 weeks and while we’ve won a few, we have already lost many… We’re hoping this won’t be the kind of pandemonium we saw during Covid, but given that so many buyers have been waiting on the sidelines for interest rates to either saddle or come down. This may be a sign of what’s to come. This, of course, always depends on your price point and area and what you’re hoping to do and accomplish, as we always say.
