The fact check versus the gut check. When everything looks good on paper, that doesn’t necessarily mean, it’s the right house for you.
When we first meet with you, we will ask you lots of detailed questions about the facts; the things on paper that you’re hoping to achieve, including budget, price ranges, number of bedrooms, and so on. But when we walk through a home, just because it looks good on paper, doesn’t mean it’s the right house for you, and will be asking you questions about that too!
If we see a dark cloud hanging over your head when we’re walking through a house, that looks fun on paper, but somehow doesn’t feel quite right, we’re gonna guide you and listen to you and help support you to make the best decision for you.
After all, you’re the one who’s going to have to live with this property and be happy there. This is true when it comes to choosing your realtor, too. There are a lot of great realtors out there doing great work. But not all of them may be the right match for you! Check your facts but also check your gut. Have questions, give our team a shout. We are here to help!
