ANDREA FLORIAN

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Andrea grew up in North York at a time when farmland still populated some of the landscape. After studying classical music, she packed her bags and guitar and hit the road in a maroon Neon to travel the world. During that time, she cut CD’s, performed at several high profile music festivals, graced the pages of New York Billboard Magazine and had a video featured on Much Music and MTV.

Back in Toronto, she went on to manage a family-owned health food store and pharmacy, and started the Avenue Road Business Network. In managing the daily operations from purchasing to training, Andrea developed many of the keen business skills she brings to her position today.

Today, she lives in Burlington, with her husband, three children and two cats. Andrea and her family are involved in the school and business communities and would love to eventually make the move to quiet country living with some chickens, and maybe, just maybe, a dog.

LAURA GILL

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Laura was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario and now lives in Burlington with her husband and two children. Her love for Italian food was born from her first job as a hostess at The Olive Garden. (she still loves the breadsticks!) A long-time marketing professional for a Toronto law firm, she brings finely honed business skills to the negotiating table.

In her free time, she bends it like Beckham on a local recreational soccer team. With a larger-than-life personality, Laura infuses spirit and enthusiasm into everything she does.

Fun fact: when Laura meets someone from a different culture, she makes it a mission to learn about their language!

Olivia Chung Fahmey

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Olivia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team! As a Georgetown native who made the move to Burlington in 2020, she’s well-versed in Halton (Burlington, Milton, Georgetown & Oakville & areas) as well as the GTA, and understands the nuances of different neighbourhoods and real estate markets. Her personal involvement in investment properties gives her a unique perspective on the complexities of buying and selling homes.

With a background in Project Management and Customer Service, Olivia thrives in high-pressure situations and handles them with ease. Her commitment to her clients is evident in her dedication to becoming an expert in her field. She exudes confidence and skill, ensuring her clients feel supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, Olivia cherishes family time with her husband and two sons. She’s a fan of board games and loves exploring local cafes and eateries, adding to her knowledge of the community. Her hobbies span a range of activities, from tennis and volleyball to boating and Zumba, showcasing her active and diverse interests.

Olivia’s intuitive nature, coupled with her sharp professional skills, makes her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients she serves. Her passion for real estate and commitment to exceptional service make her a standout member of the team & we are proud to be working alongside her.

Erin Côté

Sales Representative

Erin was born and raised in Burlington where she currently lives with her husband and young son. For the past several years, Erin has been a supply teacher throughout the Halton Board where her warm personality and fine tuned communication skills have made her popular with both students and staff. Whether helping children in the classroom or closing the deal for her clients, Erin is passionate about serving others! Erin has been an integral part of the Florian Realty Team for several years and her ability to spot the finer details in a property and ensure that all the necessary documents are handled meticulously are a tremendous asset for both the Florian Realty Team and the clients she serves.

Erin loves the great outdoors, hiking, boating, skiing, and snowmobiling in her spare time. She also always has time to help friends and family with interior design projects. With a smile on her face, her paint chips ready, and her keen eye for colour and all things design, we think Erin deserves an A+.

Nella Cacciacarro

Licensed Assistant

Nella grew up in the heart of Hamilton and has spent the last 10 years in Burlington. She currently resides in north Burlington with her husband & daughter. Cooking, travel & spending time with those she loves are just some of her passions.

With a background in finance, Nella has a fine eye for detail & is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals in Real Estate. Nella brings a hard work and moral ethic as well as attention to detail to the team.

She’s also a proud soccer mom!

Kathy Maksuta

CLIENT CARE / STAGING

Kathy grew up in Oakville and now lives in Burlington with her family as well as two cats Calvin & Charlotte. An avid athlete, she loves to play soccer, hockey and slo pitch. When she’s not scoring goals, she’s stitching something beautiful together with her sewing projects.

Always up for new adventures, she transformed her love for baked goods into a hobby business, crafting chocolate pizzas and cupcakes!

A graduate of business and accounting at Sheridan College, Kathy is the client care dynamo that holds the team together. With a kind-hearted spirit, she’s organized and caring, the perfect frontrunner to handle our weekly food drives and client care.

Kathy’s love for interior design has made her the ultimate stager for our team, turning every property into a showstopper with her staging expertise.

Lillian Cacador

TEAM ADMIN / CLIENT CARE

Lillian grew up in Oakville and has spent the last 14 years in Burlington. She currently resides in north Burlington with her husband & their four boys. As a proud soccer and hockey mom, Lillian is the ultimate multitasker—juggling her boy’s schedules, while also staying active and scoring goals on the field herself. Her love for fitness and staying active alongside her love for cooking healthy meals help keep us all motivated at the Florian Realty Team!

Having purchased her first home at 24, and with a previous background at a boutique brokerage, Lillian is well versed on every level of client care, and tackles each task with precision, enthusiasm, and integrity. Lillian strives for perfection and her “can do” positive attitude is contagious and reflects greatly in the care she puts into our team.

Lillian is a true cat lover, and on her days off would love nothing more than to curl up with a good mystery novel and a cat curled up beside her.
